Delicious Vidalia Onion Swiss Dip Recipe

This dip is a classic Swiss dish that is perfect for any party. It is made with Vidalia onion, which gives it a sweet and savory taste. The dip is also healthy as it contains no sugar or unhealthy additives.

 3 cups Chopped Vidalia or other sweet onion (about 1 large)
 Shredded Swiss cheese
 2 cups 2 cups mayonnaise
 ¼ cup Prepared horseradish
 1 tsp Hot pepper sauce
 Fresh coarsely ground pepper, optional
 Assorted crackers or fresh vegetables

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a deep-dish pie plate.

Bake, uncovered, until edges are golden brown and onion is tender, 25-30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm with crackers.
