 2 oz Bourbon
 ½ oz St. George spiced pear liqueur
 ½ oz Honey syrup
 1 oz Lemon juice
 2 oz Soda water
 1 Sprig rosemary, for garnish

Combine all ingredients, except for the soda water, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Shake to chill, then strain the cocktail into a collins glass over ice.
