Starbucks Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans​ Recipe

Create a melt-in-your-mouth treat with a roasty crunch. All you need are espresso beans and melted chocolate to create a perfect accompaniment for any coffee beverage.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 1 high-quality chocolate bar, broken into large pieces
  cup espresso beans (we recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast)

Line baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set aside.

In double boiler, melt chocolate bar, stirring continuously. Once melted, remove from heat.

Pour in coffee beans. Mix well to ensure all beans are coated.

Using a fork, remove beans one at a time, letting excess chocolate drip off, and place on parchment paper.

Let beans sit for a few hours to dry.

Remove from baking sheet and place in airtight container. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy cold.
