Starbucks Cold Brew Orange Tonic Recipe

Cold brew tonics are making a fizzy splash. They’re like the sophisticated, modern version of the old-fashioned soda fountain drink. But instead of the egg cream’s milk and chocolate syrup, this cold brew tonic recipe features smooth, bold coffee and orange cardamom simple syrup. WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 ¼ cup water
 ¼ cup orange juice
 ½ cup sugar
 1 tbsp crushed cardamom
 Starbucks® Cold Brew Coffee Multi-Serve Concentrate
 Zest of 1 small orange
 Ice

Pour 4 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of water and stir.

To make cold brew for a crowd, multiply the portions based on how many guests you’re expecting and make your Cold Brew Concentrates ahead of time in a pitcher.

Make the orange cardamom simple syrup by combining water, juice, sugar, cardamom and orange zest in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar, then let cool.

Strain out cardamom and orange zest.

Fill a tall glass with ice.
