Starbucks Cold Brew with Salted Honey Foam Recipe

In this refreshing twist on cold brew, the sweetness of homemade honey syrup combines with a pinch of savory salt for a uniquely delicious coffee that still feels distinctly Starbucks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
¼ cup skim milk (or milk of choice)
5 ½ tbsp honey syrup (recipe to follow)
4 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate
 4 oz water
 Pinch of salt

Honey Syrup
1

Combine honey and water in a small pot on the stove over medium heat until lightly simmering.

Let simmer for 5–7 minutes while stirring occasionally.

3

Remove from heat, and let cool for 20–30 minutes.

You can store your honey syrup in the fridge for up to 7 days.

4

Add skim milk, honey syrup and a pinch of salt to a milk frother.

5

Using the frother’s cold froth setting, froth the mixture for 2 minutes until thick and creamy.

You can also use a handheld milk frother or froth your milk by hand. For more information on how to froth your milk, see our frothing guide here.

6

Pour 4 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of water and stir.

7

Stir in the remaining honey syrup.

• If you like a sweeter coffee, feel free to add in an extra splash of honey syrup. If you prefer unsweetened cold brew, feel free to leave it out.

8

Pour or spoon the salted cream cold foam over top!

Using an alternative milk (nutmilk, oatmilk, coconutmilk, etc.) may work, so long as you use a brand that you know froths well (e.g., “barista blend” style milks).
