Starbucks Iced Caramel Latte with Vanilla Cream Recipe

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 8 oz heavy whipping cream
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
 1 tbsp caramel syrup
 ½ tsp brown sugar
 2 oz espresso or coffee from a stovetop brewer (try Starbucks® Espresso Roast)
 ½ cup ice
