Starbucks Instant Coffee Horchata Recipe

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 1 cup long-grain white rice
 2 cups water (to soak rice)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ cup sugar
 2 packets Starbucks VIA® Instant Italian Roast
 10 ½ cups milk

Soak rice in the water overnight, or for at least 1 hour.

Add the rice and its soaking water to a blender, along with the vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and Starbucks VIA® Instant Coffee. Blend for 2 minutes.
