Starbucks Irish Coffee Recipe

A little whiskey goes a long way in this coffee cocktail. Nothing melts away the chills like piping hot coffee and a shot of Irish whiskey—preferably mixed together with a bit of brown sugar and topped with a heaping scoop of whipped cream. Here’s how to whip up this cold-weather favorite for a few lucky friends.

 4 tbsp brown sugar
 8 oz Irish whiskey
 4 cups brewed coffee (try Starbucks® Sumatra)
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 Whipped cream (for homemade whipped cream, 1 cup heavy whipping cream + 1 Tbsp sugar)

Stir brown sugar, whiskey and coffee together in a tall glass.

Top with a scoop (or two) of whipped cream.
