Cold Brew Lemonade

Cold Brew Lemonade

8 oz Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate or 1 pod Starbucks® Single-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate

4 oz sparkling water

4 oz homemade lemonade (recipe below) or store-bought lemonade

Lemon slice, for garnish

FOR LEMONADE

¼ cup white sugar

2 cups still water, separated

2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Begin by making homemade lemonade. In a small pot, combine sugar and ¼ cup of water. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved into simple syrup. After 5 minutes remove from heat and let cool completely.

In a pitcher or large jar, add remaining water, the simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Store lemonade in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 7 days.

For each serving, pour 8 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of sparkling water and stir. If using Starbucks® Single-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate, pour 1 pod into a glass over ice, combine with 8 oz of water and stir.

Pour 4 oz of lemonade in the glass of cold brew. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Grapefruit Basil Cold Brew

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

½ Tbsp Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup (recipe below)

2 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate

2 oz tonic water

Ice

FOR GRAPEFRUIT BASIL SYRUP

1 oz water

1 oz grapefruit juice

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup fresh basil leaves

Zest of 1 small grapefruit

Grapefruit slices, for garnish

Fresh basil, for garnish

Begin by combining all grapefruit basil syrup ingredients in a small saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved.

Strain the syrup into an airtight container. If making ahead, you can keep the syrup refrigerated for up to 1 month.

Combine Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate, 1 Tbsp Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup and tonic water over ice and stir.
