Grab your favorite Starbucks® roast and get cracking! Iced coffee spheres allow you to enjoy an iced beverage that's as delicious as it is fun to make.
Combine brown sugar, white sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat once sugar is melted.
Add cinnamon sticks and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let cool. Syrup can be stored refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Fill ice sphere mold to fill line with water.
Freeze for 2–3 hours (aiming for ¼-inch thick ice layer).
Remove sphere from mold. Empty spheres can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Warm a metal straw with hot water and puncture the iced sphere.
Using the straw, fill empty ice sphere with cold brew.
Place half and half in bottom of glass.
Place filled ice sphere into glass.
Drizzle with Cinnamon Simple Syrup.
