BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON SYRUP INGREDIENTS
 ½ cup brown sugar ​
 ½ cup white sugar ​
 1 cup water
 4 cinnamon sticks
ICED COFFEE SPHERE INGREDIENTS AND TOOLS
 6 tbsp Starbucks® iced coffee ​
 4 tbsp half and half
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Cinnamon Simple Syrup
 Turbinado sugar
 Water
 Metal straw or syringe with metal tip
 Sphere ice mold

Combine brown sugar, white sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.​

Reduce heat once sugar is melted.​

Add cinnamon sticks and simmer for 5 minutes.​

Let cool. Syrup can be stored refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Fill ice sphere mold to fill line with water.

Freeze for 2–3 hours (aiming for ¼-inch thick ice layer).

Remove sphere from mold. Empty spheres can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
