SWEET CREAM SYRUP INGREDIENTS
 1 oz can sweetened condensed milk
 8 oz half and half (or whole milk)
SHAKERATO INGREDIENTS
 4 oz brewed Starbucks® Pike Place® Roast ground coffee, chilled (we recommend using the traditional drip method)
 ½ tbsp simple syrup
 aN Sweet cream syrup (recipe above)
Sweet Cream Syrup

In a medium saucepan, add sweetened condensed milk and half and half (or whole milk). Over low heat, stir frequently for 5–10 minutes.

Cool completely and keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add chilled co­ffee and simple syrup.

Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until coffee becomes foamy. Strain into a glass. Top with coffee foam from shaker.

Add sweet cream syrup to taste.
